Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform.

- Build custom tables, forms, modules, applications, workflows, and user experiences.

- Develop scalable solutions using ServiceNow scripting and platform capabilities.

- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.

- Build process automation using Flow Designer and Workflows.

- Develop Service Catalog items, Record Producers, approvals, and custom business processes.

- Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations with internal and external applications.

- Work with IntegrationHub and MID Server for integration requirements.

- Troubleshoot application and integration issues and provide production support.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA, product teams, and technology teams.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4+ years of overall IT experience with 3.5+ years of relevant ServiceNow development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Custom Application Development.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

- Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.

- Strong experience with Flow Designer and Workflows.

- Experience with Service Catalog and custom application development.

- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow application architecture and development best practices.

- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and production support skills.

- CSA or CAD certification preferred.
