About the Role :


We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with hands-on expertise in the Customer Service Management (CSM) module. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and experience in implementing and customizing CSM workflows, portals, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions and custom applications.


- Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and data policies.

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and platforms.

- Customize the Service Portal for CSM use cases.

- Work with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.

- Ensure best practices are followed in configuration and custom development.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the CSM module.

- Support testing, UAT, and deployment activities.

Required Skills :


- 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform.

- Strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM).

- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide).

- Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs.

- Solid understanding of ITSM/CSM processes and ITIL framework.

- Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :


- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist CSM

- Experience working in Agile environments

- Exposure to other modules like ITSM, FSM, or HRSD is a plus
