Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, CSM, and other core modules
- Strong hands-on experience in Service Portal and UIB/Workspace customization
- Work on day-to-day support issues, enhancements, and incident resolutions
- Participate in ServiceNow version upgrades, patching, and platform maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver appropriate solutions
- Write and maintain clear, efficient, and reusable JavaScript code within the ServiceNow framework
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security of the developed solutions
Required Skills & Experience :
- 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
- Strong expertise in Service Portal, Agent Workspace, ITSM, and CSM modules
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience in handling support tickets, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
- Exposure to ServiceNow upgrades and version migration activities
- Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data models
- Should have hands on experience in integrating servicenow Instance with any other system
- Having GenAI/AI Agent experience is added advantage
