Description :

Position : ServiceNow Developer.

Location : Remote with quarterly visit to Chennai office.

Duration : Full time.

Notice period : Immediate joiner/ Serving notice with less than 30 days/ Notice is less than 20 days.

"Looking for a subject matter expert in CSM including Customer Portal functionality this is a mandatory skill.

Experience with FSM and RSM is a plus".

- Minimum of 5+ experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.

- Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.

- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.

- Exceptional problem solving and communication skills.

- Strong client facing and consulting skills.

- Experience as a developer is must.

- ServiceNow CSM implementation experience.

- Understanding of CSM business domain and ability to translate it into practical ServiceNow solutions.

- Excellent stakeholder/ customer facing skills.

- Experience working with remote teams.

Responsibilities :

- Takes responsibility for overall architecture, design, implementation and integrity of the ServiceNow platforms.

- Lead and deliver requirements, scoping and design workshops, ensuring requirements are well documented.

- Provide expert level support and technical mentoring to implementation team.

- Recognize and develop opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform.

- Plan and coordinate all phases of testing and test acceptance; design and oversee development of testing related work products; lead test remediation cycles.

- Develop and present business case material for senior prospect and customer stakeholders.

- Create and deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations.

- Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept / Proof of Value engagements with prospects.

- Responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents.

- In conjunction with Sales Personnel and Professional Services, conduct transition briefing communicate commitments, expectations, etc in preparation for deployment.

- Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert at Executive briefings/marketing events.
