Job Description

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM) modules.

You will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and enhancing ServiceNow applications to streamline service delivery, improve customer engagement, and optimize field operations.


Key Responsibilities :


- Configure and customize CSM and FSM modules to meet business requirements.

- Develop and enhance workflows, forms, UI pages, and dashboards.

- Implement scripting solutions using JavaScript, Glide scripting, and related ServiceNow development tools.

- Build integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.

- Work on Service Portal development for both internal and customer-facing users.

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions.

- Support testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of ServiceNow updates.


Required Skills & Experience :


- 5-7 years of ServiceNow development experience.


- Strong hands-on expertise in CSM and FSM configuration.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.

- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.

- Knowledge of Service Portal customization and responsive UI design.

- Familiarity with ITSM processes and CMDB best practices.


Preferred Qualifications :


- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Required.


- CSM/FSM Implementation Specialist Certification - Preferred.

- Exposure to Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
