Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions with a focus on Scoped Applications.

- Develop and maintain complex Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Client Scripts.

- Design and implement robust ServiceNow Integrations using SOAP, REST, IntegrationHub, and Custom API connectors.

- Build and orchestrate workflows using Flow Designer and Action Designer.

- Provide hands-on leadership for ServiceNow scripting and configuration efforts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

- Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and mentor junior developers.

- Participate in agile development cycles and lead sprint planning related to ServiceNow workstreams.

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting techniques.

- Proven experience in third-party system integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth, MID Servers).

- Hands-on with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and automation of business processes.

- Solid understanding of Scoped App development, data modeling, and application design in ServiceNow.

- Familiarity with CI/CD practices, update sets, and version control within ServiceNow environments.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Certifications :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

- ServiceNow IntegrationHub Fundamentals or equivalent

- ServiceNow Implementation Specialists
