ServiceNow Developer - CSA Certification

Role - Service Now Developer.

Experience - 5 years.

Location : Remote.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.

- Work with AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance ServiceNow UI and build dynamic solutions.

- Develop workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules.

- Configure and customize UI Builder and Agent Workspace.

- Create and maintain REST integrations with third-party systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, coding, testing, and deployment.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Mandatory : ServiceNow CSA Certification.

- Additional certifications like CAD, CIS (any module) are a plus.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work in remote, collaborative environments.
