- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications

- Develop workflows, business rules, and UI policies

- Implement ITSM modules and integrations

- Support enhancements, upgrades, and production issues

- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering

Mandatory Skills :

- ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)

- ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)

- Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies

- Workflow & Flow Designer

- REST/SOAP Integrations

- ServiceNow CMDB & Discovery

- Service Portal (Basics)

- ServiceNow Certification (CSA preferred)
