Job Summary :

Cyntexa is seeking an experienced and skilled ServiceNow Developer/Consultant with multi-module expertise to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the ServiceNow platform, capable of handling complex implementations and integrations, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions in dynamic client environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or others.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Customize and configure workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, and integrations.

- Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development, scripting, and architecture are followed.

- Conduct unit testing and support UAT activities to ensure smooth deployments.

- Provide technical support and ongoing maintenance for ServiceNow solutions.

- Participate in release and deployment activities.

- Work effectively in both independent and team environments.

Required Skills :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

- Strong expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM).

- Proficiency in scripting using JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow-specific development tools.

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.

- Strong understanding of platform architecture, data models, and security.

- Good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients.

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD) are a plus.

Additional Requirements :

- Should be open to relocating to any client location based on project needs.

- Must be available to join within 15-30 days.

- Background verification (BGV) is mandatory.
