ServiceNow Developer - CMDB/ITSM Module

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions tailored to business needs.

- Manage and enhance the CMDB and ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.

- Develop workflows and automate processes across ITOM, HRSD, Finance Operations, and GRC modules.

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Customize user interfaces using JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver solutions on time.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in the ServiceNow platform.

- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise standards.

- Maintain documentation related to design, configuration, and integrations.

Must-Have Skills :

- 8.5 to 11 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and consulting.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management).

- Experience with CMDB and ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping).

- Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.

Good to Have :

- ITIL certification is preferred.

- Experience with HRSD (Employee Center, Lifecycle Events), Finance Operations (Procurement, Budgeting workflows), and GRC (Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit).

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.
