ServiceNow Developer - CMDB

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, etc.

- Configure UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Workflows, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog items.

- Develop and maintain custom applications, integrations, and REST/SOAP web services within the ServiceNow platform.

- Perform system upgrades, patches, and ensure platform stability and performance.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations.

- Work with the ServiceNow platform owner to enforce governance, security, and compliance standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and provide technical support.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, user guides, and SOPs.

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools.

- Ensure all ServiceNow development adheres to best practices, scalability, and maintainability standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer working on ITSM modules.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow Script Includes.

- Experience with Service Portal, Flow Designer, Catalog Builder, and Workflow Editor.

- Deep understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow.

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server integrations, and third-party tool integrations.

- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow customization, form design, and UI configuration.

- Familiarity with Update Sets, Scoped Applications, and System Properties.

- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
