ServiceNow Developer - CMDB

We are hiring a skilled and passionate ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for professionals with over 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong grip on CMDB, ITSM modules, integrations, and scripting. You will be instrumental in enhancing and maintaining our ServiceNow platform, collaborating with global teams to support enterprise-scale IT services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and maintain CMDB, ITSM, ITAM, and Service Catalog modules to meet business requirements.

- Design and develop Service Portals using AngularJS, Bootstrap, and modern UI/UX practices.

- Perform CMDB API integrations and work on seamless REST/SOAP web service integrations with third-party systems.

- Develop and manage automated test frameworks (ATF), Virtual Agents, and other advanced platform features.

- Configure and troubleshoot LDAP, SSO, and role-based access controls (RBAC).

- Work in alignment with ITIL processes and contribute to agile development cycles within Scrum methodology.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of platform customizations and integrations.

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- Proven experience with CMDB, CMDB API Integration, and JavaScript-based scripting on the ServiceNow platform.

- Proficient in building and customizing Service Portals, including AngularJS and Bootstrap.

- Deep understanding of ITSM, ITAM, and Service Catalog modules.

- Experience with REST and SOAP API integration techniques.

- Working knowledge of LDAP, SSO, Virtual Agents, and ATF.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or VMware is a plus.

- Understanding of ITIL best practices and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Exposure to global IT environments and enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations.
