ServiceNow Developer - Automation Testing

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Test Engineer with strong expertise in Automated Test Framework (ATF) and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to coordinate with onshore teams, and a proactive attitude to lead and drive testing initiatives from offshore.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute automated tests using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).

- Ensure quality assurance across ServiceNow implementations and customizations.

- Collaborate closely with onshore stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality outcomes.

- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and adhere to Agile principles throughout the development and testing cycles.

- Take ownership of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) processes including test planning, design, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.

- Be open to working on technologies beyond testing as per project needs.

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically with ATF.

- Strong knowledge of Testing concepts and execution.

- Proficient in Agile methodology and STLC.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to coordinate with onshore and work independently from offshore.

- Open to exploring and contributing to other technologies as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Around 4 years of experience in ServiceNow and testing.

- Experience in leading or driving testing projects independently.

- Flexible, adaptable, and team-oriented approach.
