ServiceNow Developer

Required Qualifications :

- 6 - 9 years of hands-on ServiceNow Development experience.

- Strong expertise in ITSM/CSM, Service Portal, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, UI Policies, and Platform Configuration.

- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server, IntegrationHub, GlideRecord/Server-side scripting, and Client-side scripting.

- Good understanding of Scoped Applications, Data Model, Security (ACLs), Performance Analytics, Debugging, Release Management, and Update Sets.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and out-of-the-box development.

Preferred Skills :

- ServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CAD, and CIS.

- Experience with ITSM, CSM, Orchestration, Virtual Agent, Service Portal, CI/CD, Agile, and DevOps.
