Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to join our high-performing technology team in Hyderabad, Chennai, or Bangalore. In this role, you will serve as a technical anchor, driving the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of complex ServiceNow solutions that streamline enterprise operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, business analysts, and global clients to translate intricate requirements into scalable, automated workflows. By leveraging your deep technical expertise, you will directly influence the efficiency of IT service delivery, enhance user experiences through intuitive portals, and ensure robust risk and compliance postures, ultimately delivering measurable value to our global business ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise ecosystems to optimize operational workflows.

- Design and maintain high-impact Service Portals that provide a consumer-grade experience for end-users, driving adoption and self-service efficiency.

- Configure and customize ITOM and GRC modules to automate infrastructure monitoring and align technical processes with organizational risk frameworks.

- Integrate ServiceNow with RPA tools and third-party applications to eliminate manual bottlenecks and accelerate cross-platform data synchronization.

- Lead technical workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, providing expert guidance on platform capabilities and best practices to ensure long-term scalability.

- Perform rigorous code reviews and system testing to maintain platform integrity, security, and performance standards across all production environments.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow development with 6 - 8 years of hands-on experience in complex implementation projects.

- Proficient in leveraging the Service Portal Framework to build responsive, user-centric interfaces that meet diverse business needs.

- Strong technical command over ServiceNow Integration capabilities, including REST/SOAP APIs and mid-server configurations, to connect disparate enterprise systems.

- Proven ability to configure ITOM and GRC modules, with a solid understanding of how to map technical controls to enterprise risk frameworks.

- Experience in bridging ServiceNow workflows with RPA technologies to drive intelligent automation across the IT landscape.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making.

- A collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a hybrid or distributed team environment while maintaining high standards of delivery and accountability.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by relevant ServiceNow certifications.
