- Design and develop complex workflows, business rules, and client scripts to automate service requests and reduce manual intervention in order processing.

- Integrate ServiceNow with external OSS/BSS systems and third-party APIs to ensure real-time data synchronization and end-to-end visibility.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical defects within the OMT framework to maintain high system availability and performance for end-users.

- Partner with technical architects to refine solution designs, ensuring that all developments adhere to best practices and platform scalability standards.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM, Java Scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts).

- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer / Workflow automation.

- Expertise in ServiceNow platform development & customization.

- Experience in system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub).

- Understanding of Telecom domain processes (BSS/OSS, service fulfillment lifecycle).

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience in Telecom Order Management (OMT Module / Order management lifecycle).

- Exposure to catalog-driven service fulfillment and orchestration.

- Knowledge of product/catalog modeling and service decomposition.
