We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, integrations, and platform customization while following best practices and scalable architecture principles.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop custom applications using the ServiceNow App Engine.

- Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, forms, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.

- Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, Flow Designer flows, and automation solutions.

- Build integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.

- Create reusable components, custom widgets/pages.

- Work on Service Portal/UI Builder customizations.

- Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.

- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize application performance.

- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, code reviews, and deployment activities.

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and architects.

Required Skills :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, and UI Actions.

- Experience in developing custom applications.

- Expertise with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Catalog.

- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations.

- Knowledge of CMDB, ITSM, and ServiceNow data model.

- Experience with Service Portal or UI Builder.

- Familiarity with update sets, source control, and deployment processes.

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification preferred.

- Experience with ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or ITOM modules is a plus.

- Knowledge of ATF (Automated Test Framework) is an advantage.

- Exposure to SecOps/GRC is beneficial.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
