Job Title : ServiceNow Developer

Location : HYD/Pune/Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze client business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.

- Design and develop ServiceNow workflows, forms, and scripts to automate business processes.

- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HRSD, and ITOM, to meet specific client needs.

- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST APIs and other integration methods.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.

- Provide technical guidance and support to clients during implementation and post-implementation phases.

- Participate in project planning and estimation activities.

- Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrable ability to design and implement ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, HRSD, and ITOM modules.

- Proven expertise in developing ServiceNow workflows, forms, and scripts using JavaScript, Jelly, and other scripting languages.

- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.

- Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST APIs and other integration methods.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
