Job Description

Description :

- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including but not limited to Incident Management, Change Management, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Asset Management, and Service Catalog.

- Design and build complex workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to automate IT processes and improve efficiency.

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and systems using REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange and functionality.

- Design and implement Service Catalog items and automated request fulfillment workflows.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications, ensuring minimal disruption to services.

- Adhere to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards to ensure maintainability, scalability, and performance of developed solutions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow.

- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed applications, workflows, and integrations.

- Monitor and optimize ServiceNow performance to ensure efficient operation and responsiveness.

Must-Have Skills :

- ServiceNow Development & Administration : 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

- ITSM Modules : Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, CMDB, and Asset Management.

- JavaScript & Glide API : Proficiency in JavaScript and the Glide API for scripting and customization within ServiceNow.

- Automation Scripting : Expertise in automation scripting within ServiceNow to streamline processes and workflows.

- ServiceNow Integrations : Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, LDAP, and MID Server.

- ITIL Frameworks : Understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- ServiceNow Certifications : ServiceNow certifications such as CSA (Certified System Administrator), CAD (Certified Application Developer), or CIS-ITSM (Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management) are highly desirable.

- Additional ServiceNow Modules : Experience with other ServiceNow modules such as HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery), ITOM (IT Operations Management), ITBM (IT Business Management), SecOps (Security Operations), and Performance Analytics.

- DevOps & Agile Methodologies : Familiarity with DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.

- Database Knowledge : Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL.

- Cloud Computing : Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
