ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and extend scoped applications on the ServiceNow platform

- Write clean, efficient JavaScript and Glide API scripts for backend logic, business rules, and integrations

- Develop and support solutions related to Mobile Agent and Now Mobile applications

- Ensure applications meet strict performance and efficiency standards

- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Support and enhance Field Service Management (FSM) modules where applicable

- Follow best practices for coding, testing, documentation, and deployment

- Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve application stability and performance

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow scoped application development

- Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide APIs for backend development

- Mandatory experience with Mobile Agent or Now Mobile

- Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices

- Strong focus on performance optimization and efficient application design

Preferred / Nice to Have :

- Exposure to Field Service Management (FSM)

- Experience with Domain Separation for enterprise-scale implementations

- Working knowledge of CMDB and Discovery (secondary focus)
