Role Overview :

We are hiring a ServiceNow SecOps Developer with strong hands-on experience in Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules.

The role focuses on configuring, customizing, and automating ServiceNow SecOps workflows while integrating security tools to strengthen the organizations security posture.

Key Responsibilities :

Configure, customize, and support ServiceNow SecOps modules, including :

- Security Incident Response (SIR)

- Vulnerability Response (VR)

- Develop scripts and custom logic using JavaScript and Glide APIs.

- Build and maintain integrations with security tools using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Automate SecOps workflows, playbooks, and remediation processes.

- Work with CMDB to ensure accurate asset and vulnerability mapping.

- Collaborate with SOC, ITSM, and infrastructure teams for incident and vulnerability management.

- Troubleshoot production issues and deliver enhancements as required.

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and platform standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.

- Strong experience with ServiceNow SecOps, specifically SIR and Vulnerability Response.

- Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide APIs.

- Experience building REST and SOAP integrations.

- Good understanding of CMDB and ITSM processes.

- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Good to Have :

- Experience integrating security tools such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, or similar.

- Knowledge of security operations and incident management processes.

- ServiceNow SecOps or CSA certification
