Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow HRSD modules and capabilities.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, catalogs, and applications.
- Develop and maintain UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, ACLs, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Update Sets.
- Implement and support Performance Analytics, reporting, and dashboard solutions.
- Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with third-party HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc.) using REST/SOAP APIs and other web services.
- Collaborate with product owners, HR stakeholders, and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Support platform upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities.
- Work within Agile methodologies, contributing to sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives.
- Support incident resolution, enhancements, and continuous process improvements.
Mandatory Skills & Requirements :
- 6+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on HRSD implementation experience in large or complex environments.
- Strong expertise in the following ServiceNow components :
1. UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules
2. UI Macros, UI Pages, ACLs
3. Import Sets, Transform Maps, Update Sets
4. Performance Analytics, Reporting & Dashboards
5. Email Notifications
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and platform best practices.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, REST, and SOAP APIs.
- Experience in supporting ServiceNow upgrade activities.
- Hands-on experience integrating HRSD with external HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc.).
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and the full software development lifecycle.
- Experience with development/support tools such as Jira or Rally.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.
Preferred Skills :
- ServiceNow HRSD certification or micro-certifications.
- Experience with Scoped Applications development.
- Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes.
Soft Skills :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic, onsite environments.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
