Role : ServiceNow Developer / Architect

Exp : 6-8 Years

Location : Vizag

NP : Immediate -30 Days Only

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer/Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and a proven background in designing, developing, and integrating enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.

Required Qualifications :

- 68+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

- Strong expertise in JavaScript, AngularJS, Glide API, and general web technologies.

- Solid experience working with ITSM (required) and knowledge of ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps (added advantage).

- Hands-on experience with Service Portal, Workspace, and UI Builder.

- Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems.

- Strong understanding of relational databases, CMDB, and data models.

- Familiarity with ITIL concepts and enterprise IT processes.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications :

ServiceNow Certifications (any of the following) :

- Certified System Administrator (CSA) Required

- Certified Application Developer (CAD)

- Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM / HRSD / CSM / Discovery / ITOM / etc.)

- Certified Technical Architect (nice to have)

- ITIL 4 Foundation

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

- Experience with DevOps, ATF, source control, and CI/CD pipelines for Service Now
