ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise across key ServiceNow modules such as HRSD, CSM, CMDB, and ITSM.

The ideal candidate will have worked on multiple end-to-end implementations, contributed to architectural decisions, supported production environments, and delivered high-quality configurations, integrations, and enhancements.

This role also involves user enablement, system optimization, and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead and contribute to end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and CMDB modules.

- Provide functional and technical support to users across production and sandbox environments.

- Configure, manage, and enhance ServiceNow modules: Case, HR Case, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and other ITSM/HRSD components.

- Manage Service Portal, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and automation features.

- Design and implement inbound/outbound integrations, and migrate custom API calls to Integration Hub where applicable.

- Perform ServiceNow release upgrades, conduct automated/manual testing, and ensure system security compliance.

- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs for system usage and performance tracking.

- Create user documentation, provide training, and enable teams for smooth day-to-day operations.

- Work closely with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system operations.

- Maintain excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management throughout project and support cycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5-8 years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow.

- Strong expertise in HRSD, CSM, CMDB, and ITSM modules.

- Experience contributing to or leading full life-cycle ServiceNow implementations.

- Solid understanding of ServiceNow integrations, workflows, automation, and portal configuration.

- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, testing, and platform security.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and user-training abilities.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
