We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in at least one major ServiceNow module (HRSD, CSM, ITSM, ITOM, WSD, or LSD). The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in ServiceNow integrations, scripting, custom development, and platform configuration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and customize solutions within the ServiceNow platform based on business requirements.

- Build applications using ServiceNow Studio, including forms, workflows, catalog items, and UI components.

- Create and enhance client scripts, server scripts, UI policies, business rules, and script includes.

- Design and implement Flow Designer workflows, integrations, and automation logic.

- (Expertise in at least one module is required; experience in multiple is preferred)

- HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) : Case Management, Lifecycle Events, HR Portal, HR Services.

- CSM (Customer Service Management) : Case, Accounts, Contacts, Entitlements, and CSM Workflows.

- ITSM (IT Service Management) : Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management.

- ITOM (IT Operations Management) : Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB Enhancements.

- WSD (Workplace Service Delivery) : Reservations, Space Management, Workplace Requests.

- LSD (Legal Service Delivery) : Case management, workflows, and legal service processes.

- Develop and manage REST/SOAP integrations with external systems.

- Work with IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and scripted integrations.

- Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance and security.

- Participate in design discussions and propose scalable, modular technical solutions.

- Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and platform governance.

- Contribute to CMDB health, data accuracy, and relationship mapping (especially for ITOM/ITSM roles)

- Prepare technical design documents, configuration guides, and deployment documentation.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT.

- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.

- Support regular platform upgrades and patching activities.

- Work closely with product owners, business analysts, ITSM process owners, and cross-functional teams.

- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.

- Provide technical guidance to junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting :

- JavaScript (Client & Server-side)

- Glide APIs (GlideRecord, GlideSystem, GlideAjax)

- Script Includes, UI Actions, Business Rules, etc.

- Mandatory experience in ServiceNow Integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub).

- Expertise in at least one ServiceNow module :

- HRSD / CSM / ITSM / ITOM / WSD / LSD

- Deep understanding of :

- ServiceNow Data Model & Tables

- ACLs, roles, and security configurations

- Service Catalog and Request Workflows

- CMDB and Configuration Relationships (preferred for ITOM/ITSM)

- Experience working with Update Sets, scoped applications, and platform upgrades.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Strong stakeholder and client management skills.

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset.

Good to Have :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) highly preferred.

- Additional certifications : ITSM, HRSD, CSM, Discovery, Service Mapping, IntegrationHub.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
