- Practical experience with Inbound Actions, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, UI Actions, Import Sets, Transform Maps, Notifications, and Script Includes.

- Experience with Flow Designer or Workflows

- Ability to design, build, and optimize workflows or flows to automate complex business processes.

- Experience working in Agile methodology

- Familiarity with agile tools and ceremonies, ensuring iterative delivery and continuous improvement.

- Good knowledge of integrations using SOAP or REST

- Capable of designing and implementing inbound/outbound integrations with external systems using web services.

- Strong root cause analysis for production support

- Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify underlying causes, and implement long-term fixes efficiently.

- Mandatory scripting experience

- Proficiency in JavaScript and server/client-side scripting within the ServiceNow platform.

- Expertise in ITSM Modules

- Hands-on experience in ITSM processes such as Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog.

Good-to-Have Skills :

GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) :

- Experience configuring GRC modules such as Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, or Audit. Ability to automate compliance workflows and align processes with regulatory requirements.

ITOM (IT Operations Management) :

- Exposure to ITOM components like Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, or Service Mapping. Capable of improving visibility and operational stability through automated discovery and monitoring.

ITBM (IT Business Management) :

- Familiarity with Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, or Resource Management. Ability to support organizations in tracking investments, optimizing delivery, and aligning IT initiatives with business goals.
