Role Overview :


We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Consultant to join our dynamic ServiceNow implementation and transformation team. This role focuses exclusively on end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring innovative and efficient delivery within an agile environment.


As a key contributor and track lead, you will design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions that meet complex business requirements across ITSM and related modules.


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead and deliver ServiceNow implementation projects, particularly in areas such as Incident Management and Integrations.


- Work in a Scrum-based, agile environment (two-week sprints) - including story creation, task execution, testing, and peer reviews.


- Design and deliver technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business and IT needs.


- Act as a Solution Architect or Senior Developer within the implementation team as required.


- Drive innovation by creating solutions that automate processes, improve efficiency, and enhance system performance.


- Contribute to practice development activities, including hiring, presales, innovation, resourcing, or rewards and recognition initiatives.


- Coach and mentor team members to ensure adherence to best development practices.


- Manage complex ITSM deployments involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.


- Ensure alignment with ITIL principles and other IT management frameworks.


Required Skills & Experience :


- Proven experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects (not limited to managed services or enhancement support).


- Hands-on expertise in one or more ServiceNow applications - ITSM, GRC, SecOps, HRSD, or CSM.


- Strong understanding of agile/scrum methodologies for project delivery.


- Experience with ServiceNow integration frameworks.


- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.


- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


- Demonstrated leadership skills in setting goals, driving initiatives, and building high-performance teams.


Certifications :


Mandatory :


- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)


Preferred :


- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Scrum Master Certification


Desired :


- ITIL Certification


Educational Qualification :


- B.Tech / BCA / MCA / MBA or equivalent


- Minimum 4+ years of experience in the IT industry
