We are looking for an experienced API and ServiceNow developer with extensive knowledge in API development, ServiceNow customization, and integration implementation.

This role is for an experienced API and ServiceNow integration specialist. The position requires 7+ years of experience and is based in Pune or Bangalore.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain APIs, with a focus on TMF APIs and OpenAPIs.

- Design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow integrations, especially for CSM and ITSM modules.

- Customize and configure ServiceNow, including developing Scoped Applications.

- Implement ITIL processes in the ServiceNow environment.

- Perform performance tests and optimize APIs and integrations.

- Apply DevOps practices, including automated testing with ATF and GitLab pipelines.

- Manage version control using Git.

- Create and maintain comprehensive API documentation.

- Develop and execute test plans using tools like ATF Framework and Postman.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.

- Communicate proactively with stakeholders and independently organize integration tests.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to API integrations.

- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in API development and the ServiceNow platform.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.

- Mentor junior developers in API development and ServiceNow best practices.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methods.

- Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations in all development work.

Your Profile :

Must-Have Criteria :

- More than 7 years of development experience.

- Experience in developing and maintaining APIs, especially TMF APIs and OpenAPIs.
