Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior developer to lead the Development, customization and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform.

The candidate should be having deep technical expertise in ServiceNow modules ITSM, HRSD, GRC, ITOM and Custom applications along with strong experience in scripting, integrations and performance optimization.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with business needs.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop and implement custom solutions and applications on the ServiceNow platform.

- Create and modify workflows, business rules, UI policies and client scripts to meet business requirements.

- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.

- Customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HRSD, GRC, CMDB, ITOM and Custom applications to optimize workflows and improve user experience.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including workflows, custom applications, and UI customization.

- Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and third-party tool integrations.

- Knowledge of ITIL framework and processes.

Certifications :

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), CIS- ITSM, CIS-HRSD, CIS-GRC and CAD.
