Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Architect and oversee CMDB configurations and ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
- Drive ServiceNow ITOM initiatives such as Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
- Support HRSD modules including Employee Center and Lifecycle Events.
- Implement Finance Operations workflows covering Procurement and Budgeting.
- Manage GRC processes including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Utilize scripting and development skills (JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS) to customize and enhance the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Lead Agile/Scrum teams to deliver continuous improvements and enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and governance for ServiceNow platform usage.
Must-Have Skills :
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow Development and enterprise implementations.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CMDB and ITSM modules.
Good-to-Have Skills :
- ITIL Certification (preferred).
