We are looking for a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules and possess a deep understanding of both backend development and integration capabilities within the platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile/DevOps environment to design, develop, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow applications and integrations.

- Manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules such as HRSD, ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITBM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and GRC.

- Develop and customize ServiceNow components including Catalog Items, Record Producers, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Data Policies, Business Rules, and UI Actions.

- Design and implement integrations using Integration Hub, SOAP, REST APIs, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Data Sources.

- Utilize Flow Designer and Integration Hub to build automated workflows and integration processes.

- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Implement automated testing using Selenium and support DevOps practices with Git version control.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, optimize platform performance, and ensure platform security and compliance.

- Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and promote best practices in ServiceNow development.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Minimum 5 years of software development experience with at least 4 years specializing in ServiceNow application development or product implementation.

- Demonstrated experience with 2 or more ServiceNow modules, preferably including HRSD.

- Proficiency in backend ServiceNow development: Catalog Items, Record Producers, Client Scripts, UI/Data Policies, Business Rules, and UI Actions.

- Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations: Integration Hub, SOAP/REST APIs, Data Sources, Import Sets, Transform Maps.

- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub for workflow automation.

- Familiarity with DevOps tools including Git and automated testing frameworks such as Selenium.

- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments, with strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile metrics.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively across teams and geographies.

- Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes.
