Job Description : ServiceNow Developer

About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 6-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) along with strong hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and integrating ServiceNow applications.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.

- Work extensively on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) including Project & Portfolio Management, Demand Management, and Resource Planning.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery.

- Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.

- Ensure alignment of ServiceNow solutions with organizational goals and ITIL processes.

- Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow modules, ensuring high performance and scalability.

- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.

Skillset Required :

- Strong hands-on experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications.

- Expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) including Project Portfolio Management, Demand Management, and Resource Planning.

- Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS).

- Experience in creating workflows, catalog items, business rules, and client scripts.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and security concepts.

- Knowledge of integration technologies (REST, SOAP, APIs, JSON, XML).

- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.

- Experience with ServiceNow upgrade cycles and release management.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualification :

- BCA / B. Tech / MCA / M. Tech

Experience :

- 6-8 Years of relevant experience in ServiceNow Development
