About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer with strong integration experience to join our dynamic IT team. You'll play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that streamline IT service management and enhance operational efficiency.

- Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSON

- Implement and maintain ITSM and ITIL processes within ServiceNow

- Design and build integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow functionality

- Ensure best practices in coding, configuration, and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development

- Strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL frameworks

- Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, HTML, and CSS

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs

- ServiceNow Developer Certification is a plus

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
