Job Description :

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow development, configuration, and customization, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.

- Customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.

- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.

- Support platform upgrades and new module implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 6 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or HRSD.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, and CSS.

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Good understanding of ITIL processes.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
