- Proficient in creating catalog items, approval workflows, and automation.

Integration Expertise :

- Ability to integrate ServiceNow with backend platforms (e.g., AWS, storage provisioning).

- Should be comfortable with integrations with or without ServiceNow spokes.

Modules :

- ITSM (strong knowledge and experience).

- Core CMDB - understanding of relationships (e.g., server - application - business service).

- CSDM : High-level understanding of its framework and architecture.

ServiceNow Tools :

- Flow Designer - deep understanding of module functionalities.

- Experience with REST messages and API consumption.

- Ability to configure out-of-the-box widgets in Service Portal.

- Basic Asset Management Knowledge

- Understanding of CI lifecycle, difference between assets and CIs.

Good to Have Skills :

- ITOM (IT Operations Management) : Not deep implementation knowledge, but awareness of modules like Discovery, Service Mapping, and APM.
