Job Description

We are seeking an experienced - ServiceNow Developer- with strong hands-on expertise in Manufacturing Commercial Operations (MCM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Customer Service Management (CSM). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow's out-of-the-box capabilities, client/server scripting, and integration technologies to support enterprise-wide implementations and customizations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and configure advanced applications and modules in ServiceNow, particularly in MCM, ITSM, and CSM.

- Work on predictive intelligence, virtual agents, performance analytics, and automation using scripting and platform tools.

- Perform client-side and server-side scripting using Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes, UI Policies, and more.

- Leverage ServiceNow APIs (e.g., GlideForm, GlideRecord, GlideDialogWindow, GlideAggregate) for developing complex workflows and custom solutions.

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications/platforms using REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.

- Implement solutions following Agile Scrum methodology, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

- Prepare technical documentation, user training materials, and conduct training sessions for platform users and administrators.

- Ensure best practices in coding, performance tuning, and testing across ServiceNow modules.

- Engage with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Support configuration and enhancement of ITAM, ITOM, and additional ServiceNow modules as needed.


Required Qualifications :

- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in a multi-tiered enterprise ServiceNow environment.

- Strong industry experience in the IT domain (5-8 years).

- Expertise in ServiceNow modules : ITSM, CSM, MCM.

- Strong scripting knowledge: JavaScript (client/server), Glide APIs, and integration scripting.

- Familiarity with Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and Performance Analytics in ServiceNow.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum development processes.

Certifications (Required or Preferred) :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Required)

- ServiceNow Customer Service Management Essentials (Preferred)

- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist- (Optional but a plus)
