Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Custom Application Developer with strong expertise in the Now Platform, custom app development, and integrations. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, proficient in scripting, and capable of building scalable, high-performance ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain custom applications on the ServiceNow platform

- Build and integrate REST APIs and third-party systems with ServiceNow

- Write clean, scalable, and optimized code using JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting

- Work on end-to-end development including requirement analysis, design, development, and deployment

- Enhance and optimize existing ServiceNow applications for performance and scalability

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

- Stay updated with ServiceNow releases, upgrades, and best practices

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively

Must-Have Skills :

- 7+ years of overall IT experience

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow

- 5+ years of experience in Now Platform development

- 5+ years of experience in Custom Application Development on ServiceNow

- Strong experience in ServiceNow integrations (REST APIs, Web Services, etc.)

- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, etc.)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Hands-on coding expertise with the ability to deliver independently

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal

- Hands-on experience with UI Builder

- Exposure to ServiceNow Performance Analytics
