Description :

We are looking for a ServiceNow Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Service Portfolio Management (SPM) and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) modules. The candidate should have solid technical expertise and experience working in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, customize, and support ServiceNow SPM and HRSD modules

- Implement HRSD use cases including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events

- Work on SPM components such as Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and Resource Management

- Perform integrations, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements

- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and enhancements

- Ensure best practices, performance optimization, and security compliance

Required Skills :

- 58 years of overall ServiceNow experience

- Strong hands-on experience in SPM and HRSD

- Good understanding of ITSM fundamentals

- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments

- Excellent communication and documentation skills

Certifications (Preferred) :

- ServiceNow CSA

- ServiceNow HRSD or SPM certification (good to have)
