Experience : 4+ years



Role Responsibilities :



- The ServiceNow Consultant will join the high performing ServiceNow implementation team, this team works only on ServiceNow implementation & transformation projects.


- The ServiceNow Consultant will be a high-performing independent individual contributor, will work as a track lead for implementation like incident management and integration tracks.


- Candidate will work on Scrum principles, fast paced sprint/agile methodology (2 weeks) to implement a ServiceNow application for clients. (Stories, scrum task, test task, peer


- The ServiceNow Consultant is responsible for designing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond


- The candidate will have to act as a Solution Architect/Senior developer as required in the implementation team.


- Candidate will work on Innovative solutions to automate processes or increase efficiency, effectiveness of systems


- Candidates will help in practice development by helping in hiring, resourcing & rewards & recognition


- Candidate can choose one practice development function to participate in, innovation, presales, hiring or resourcing.



Requirements :



- Candidates should have prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only (Not enhancements, Managed services)


- Knowledge & experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM) in ServiceNow Platform.


- Aware of best development practices during implementation & coach other team members to follow best practices.


- Very strong and established track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment involving multiple stakeholders and team members


- Exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools


- Ideal candidate should have worked on agile methodology for implementing ServiceNow application in scrum-based approach


- Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines


- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork


- Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; and foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization.


- Knowledge & experience of integration frameworks in ServiceNow



Must-Have Certifications :



- Certified System Administrator (Mandatory)


- CIS (Certified Implementation specialist (Preferred)


- ITIL Certifications (desired)


- Scrum master (Preferred)



Experience & Background :



- B-Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA


- 4+ years of IT industry experience.
