ServiceNow Consultant - ITSM Module

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Consultant to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves working on ITSM and other ServiceNow modules such as GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, and ITBM to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in development and support, and a strong understanding of IT service processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work on ITSM and other ServiceNow modules: GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM.

- Follow best practices in development and support activities.

- Collaborate with other developers to integrate existing systems with ServiceNow.

- Create technical design documents and write unit test cases.

- Participate in ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements.

- Ensure adherence to ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM process knowledge in solution development.

- Work independently and within a team, providing guidance when required.

- Adapt to working in a second shift in India when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Solid understanding of ITSM and other ServiceNow modules (GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM).

- Proficient in web technologies: XML, HTML, JavaScript, etc.

- Experience in creating technical design documents and writing unit test cases.

- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
