ServiceNow Consultant - ITSM/ITOM Modules

Role : ServiceNow Consultant (Development).

Experience : 9 - 13 years.

Work Location : Gurgaon and Noida.

Role Overview :

- This role emphasizes product delivery with a focus on security, scalability, reliability, maintainability, testability, and AI innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and deliver scalable ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.

- Integrate AI/ML models and productivity tools like GitHub Copilot.

- Collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders on AI-driven features.

- Ensure robust DevOps, CI/CD, and test engineering practices.

- Advocate Agile, TDD, and continuous improvement methodologies.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding best practices.

- Address performance, observability (e.g., Datadog), and security (SAST/DAST).

Requirements :

- Bachelors in CS, IT, or related field.

- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with IRM/GRC focus.

- Strong scripting, integration (REST APIs/JSON), and workspace configuration experience.

- Team leadership and mentoring capabilities.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Understanding of operational risk and compliance management.

Preferred Certifications :

- ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CISRisk & Compliance (preferred).

- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, or CTA certification is a plus.
