Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Consultant with 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our team for a project with our esteemed client GTS. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and JavaScript. This is a contract-to-hire role based out of Chennai.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.

- Work on ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) and ITOM modules to support and optimize IT operations.

- Customize ServiceNow forms, workflows, and interfaces using JavaScript and UI policies/actions.

- Perform CMDB modeling and configuration item (CI) integration for accurate asset tracking.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and deliver configurations accordingly.

- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure seamless ServiceNow functionality.

- Maintain documentation and support knowledge transfer for ongoing operations.

Must-Have Skills :

- 2+ years of strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform.

- Proficiency in ITSM and ITOM modules.

- Strong JavaScript coding experience within ServiceNow environment.

- Good knowledge of CMDB architecture and CI relationships.

- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration concepts.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- ServiceNow certification(s) - CSA, CIS-ITSM, or similar.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Exposure to other modules like Discovery, Service Catalog, or Orchestration.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
