Total Exp - 6 to 10 yrs.

Location Bangalore/Mumbai.

Shift 4Pm to 1 Am.

Work Mode Hybrid.

Qualifications :

Required :

- 6 to 10 years of experience implementing the workflows and APIs on event management platforms.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Event Management module, including configuration and integration.

- Strong development experience in Workflows, Sub-flows, Flow Designer, and process integrations.

- Familiarity with third-party monitoring and alerting tools like SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk or similar platforms.

- Experience with Regex, Java Script, PowerShell, Python, and/or Linux scripting, and RESTful API.

- Proficiency in configuring event correlation, alerting workflows, and incident generation within ServiceNow.

- Knowledge of ITIL practices and experience implementing event-driven incident management processes.

- Selected candidate is expected to work on US Eastern Time zone.

- Provide weekend prod implementation, upgrade validation support, on-call support as required.

- Customer focus: Commitment to delivering value to customers and ensuring their requirements are met.

Preferred :


- Knowledge of ITIL practices and experience implementing event-driven incident management processes.

- Knowledge in CMDB, Service mapping and CI relationships.

- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Experience with cloud monitoring tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor.

- Experience with Service Operations Workspace, Health Log Analytics (HLA), Agent Client Collector (ACC), ITOM Now Assist.

- Understand Predictive Intelligence and Predictive AIOps.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for Event Management.
