Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute end-to-end ServiceNow implementations by translating business requirements into robust, scalable solutions

- Design and deliver complex ServiceNow solutions across Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Enterprise Architecture (EA) modules

- Work closely with stakeholders to define demand, project, and resource management strategies

- Implement APM (Application Portfolio Management) and business capability modeling for enterprise architecture alignment

- Customize workflows, dashboards, and reporting aligned to business objectives

- Ensure compliance with platform best practices, data models (e.g., CSDM), and governance standards

- Mentor junior developers and support cross-functional ServiceNow initiatives

Must-Have Skills :

- 8 to 12 years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform

- Hands-on implementation experience in SPM modules: Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Agile Delivery

- Strong expertise in EA modules: Application Portfolio Management (APM), Technology Portfolio, Business Capability Mapping

- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with senior business stakeholder

Good to Have Skills :

- Working knowledge of CSDM (Common Service Data Model) and its integration with CMDB

- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform architecture, data modeling, and configuration best practices

- Understanding of ITIL frameworks and enterprise IT governance

Certifications (Preferred)

- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)

- CIS in SPM / APM / PPM
