Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow CMDB Developer with 3 - 7 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM, IntegrationHub, and ITOM modules, ensuring accurate Configuration Item (CI) data and CMDB health.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow CMDB.

- Develop and customize CI classes, relationships, and data models.

- Configure and maintain Discovery, Service Mapping, and MID Servers.

- Implement Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) and reconciliation rules.

- Configure CMDB Health Dashboards and improve completeness, correctness, and compliance.

- Build integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and IntegrationHub to populate CMDB.

- Troubleshoot Discovery issues, duplicate CIs, stale records, and data quality problems.

- Implement and maintain CSDM (Common Service Data Model) standards.

- Create Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer flows, and UI Policies.

- Collaborate with ITSM, Asset Management, and Infrastructure teams for CMDB governance.

- Perform CMDB audits, data certification, and remediation activities.

- Support platform upgrades and enhancements while following ServiceNow best practices.

Required Skills :
