ServiceNow Business Analyst - ITSM/ITOM Module

Job Title : Expert ServiceNow Business Analyst.

Location : 100% Remote in India.

Work Hours : Willing to work US hours. Work timings : 3 pm to 12 am IST.

Requirements : Need Techno functional Candidates, Who have hands on experience on ServiceNow Platform. "Need Immediate Joiners only".

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.

- Experience with business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation.

- Good experience in Agile.

- Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.

- Excellent communication skills.

- ServiceNow modules : ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or Security Operations (Any of 2 required).

Certifications :

- CSA mandatory + any 1 other certification.

- ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification preferred.

- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM or PMI-ACP) is beneficial.
