Description : ServiceNow Business Analyst.

Location : Remote.

Experience : 6+ Years.

- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow.

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years focused on ServiceNow implementations.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HR, or Security Operations).

- Experience with business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation.

- Familiarity with Agile and ITIL methodologies.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist certification is a plus.

- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Visio, or similar for documentation and process mapping.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- ServiceNow modules : ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or Security Operations (Any of 2 required).

- Certifications : CSA mandatory.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.

- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for ServiceNow configuration and customization.

- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, define processes, and validate solutions.

- Configure ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Asset Management, to meet business requirements.

- Work closely with ServiceNow developers and administrators to ensure solutions align with platform best practices and organizational goals.

- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), provide training, and create documentation to support end-user adoption.

- Analyze existing business processes and recommend optimizations using ServiceNow capabilities.

- Support the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

- Monitor and report on the performance of ServiceNow solutions, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

- Stay updated on ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices to provide strategic recommendations.
