Contract Type : Initial 3-Month Contract (Extendable Based on Performance and Project Needs)

Joining Requirement : Immediate to 20 Days Notice Period

Job Overview :

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and proactive ServiceNow Business Analyst with 58 years of experience to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in handling end-to-end ServiceNow projects, including requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, documentation, and ensuring seamless project execution. This is a contractual role initially for 3 months, with a high possibility of extension based on performance and ongoing project requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a primary liaison between clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders throughout the ServiceNow project lifecycle.


- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations with a strong focus on ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, etc.).

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.


- Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Process Flow Diagrams, and Use Cases.

- Conduct gap analysis between current and desired business processes and recommend ServiceNow solutions.

- Collaborate with ServiceNow architects and developers to ensure business requirements are properly translated into technical deliverables.

- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions.

- Drive client communications and maintain strong client relationships throughout the engagement.


- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and alignment with platform capabilities.


- Support project management activities, including tracking progress, preparing reports, and managing timelines and risks.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant exposure to ServiceNow implementations.


- Proven experience in handling full-cycle ServiceNow projects, including requirement gathering, client interactions, documentation, testing, and delivery.

- Strong expertise in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB).

- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow platform concepts, terminology, and capabilities.

- Exceptional skills in creating business and functional documentation (BRD, FRD, Use Cases, etc.).

- Hands-on experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Availability to join immediately or within 1520 days.
