Job Title : ServiceNow Performance Automation Tester

Job Description :

We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Performance Automation Tester with strong expertise in Apache JMeter and scripting to ensure scalability, stability, and performance of large scale ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute performance, load, stress, and soak tests for ServiceNow applications

- Develop and maintain JMeter scripts for ServiceNow UI, REST/SOAP APIs, and integrations

- Analyze performance bottlenecks related to business rules, scripts, workflows, and DB queries

- Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and architects for performance optimization

- Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines

- Prepare performance reports and recommendations for stakeholders

Required Skills :

- 5 to 7 years of hands on performance testing experience

- Strong experience with Apache JMeter

- Good scripting knowledge (Java, Groovy, or JavaScript)

- Experience testing ServiceNow modules (ITSM / ITOM / CMDB / CSM)

- Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and performance best practices

- Experience with APIs, web technologies, and monitoring tools

Preferred Skills :

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CIS)

- Experience with ATF, APM tools, or cloud platforms
