We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ATF Tester with 5+ years of overall software testing experience and strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, executing, and maintaining automated and manual test cases across ServiceNow applications, supporting platform upgrades/releases, defect management, and end-to-end quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test cases using ServiceNow ATF.

- Create reusable ATF test steps, test suites, regression packs, and test data.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and UAT testing.

- Test ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.

- Analyze test failures, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate defect resolution.

- Prepare test plans, scenarios, test cases, execution reports, and test evidence.

- Log, track, retest, and close defects using ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps.

- Support ServiceNow upgrades, patches, deployments, release validation, and post-production verification.

- Work closely with developers, BAs, product owners, and business stakeholders to improve test coverage.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain requirement-to-test traceability.

- Identify opportunities to increase automation coverage and reduce repetitive manual testing.

Mandatory Skills :

- ServiceNow ATF - strong hands-on experience.

- ServiceNow CSA Certification - Mandatory.

- ServiceNow ATF Certification/Micro-Certification - Mandatory.

- 5+ years of overall software testing experience.

- Strong experience in manual and automation testing.

- ServiceNow ITSM testing - Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog.

- Experience with functional, regression, integration, smoke, and UAT testing.

- Good understanding of ServiceNow configuration and platform components.

- Knowledge of Flow Designer, Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Forms, and Notifications.

- Defect management and root-cause analysis.

- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and ITIL processes.

Good to Have :

- REST API testing and basic SQL/database validation.

- Experience with HRSD, CSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, or GRC/IRM.

- Exposure to Jenkins, Git, CI/CD, and source-control practices.

- ServiceNow portal, Workspace, Catalog, Workflow, and Integration testing.

- Experience in enterprise ServiceNow upgrade and regression automation.

Candidate Profile :

- 5+ years of testing experience with significant hands-on ServiceNow ATF experience.

- Ability to independently handle test planning, automation development, execution, defect management, and reporting.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

- Comfortable working with distributed Agile teams and managing multiple priorities.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
